CHAP. 466.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Stephen R. Smith.June 22, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Stephen R. Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place- on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen R. Smith, late a private in Company C, Thirty-first Regiment Iowa Infantry, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving, to commence from the passage of this act. Approved, June 22, 1886.
