CHAP. 465.— An Act for the relief of Lydia O. Hutchings.June 22, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia O. Hutchings.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Lydia O. Hutchings, mother of George T. Pomeroy, late a private in Company C, One hundred and eighty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 22, 1886.
