CHAP. 459.— An Act granting a pension to Josie H. Babb.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Josie H. Babb.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josie II. Babb, widow of John W. Babb, late a musician in Company I, Fifteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers. Approved, June 19, 1886.
