CHAP. 456.— An Act granting a pension to Lawrence O'Conner.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lawrence O’Conner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lawrence O’Conner, father of Richard O’Conner, late of Company I, Twenty-sixth Iowa Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1887.
