CHAP. 455.— An Act granting a pension to Parmelia Smith.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Parnelia Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Parrnelia Smith, the invalid daughter of the late Joseph R. Smith, a brevet brigadier-general in the United States Army, on the pension-roll, at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, June 19, 1886.
