CHAP. 454.— An Act to place the name of Robert Beard on the pension-roll.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Beard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place the name of Robert Beard, late of Company B, One hundred and first Regiment United States Colored Troops, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 19, 1886.
