CHAP. 450.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against William Figley.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Figley.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove from the records 971 of the War Department the charge of desertion against William Figley, late a private in Company A, Eleventh Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, and that he give to the said Figley an honorable, discharge, as of date October fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, for enlistment and muster in Company I, Eleventh Kentucky Cavalry.
