CHAP. 448.— An Act granting a pension to Emma M. Shiner.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma M. Shiner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma M. Shiner, widow of Robert T. Shiner, late a private in Company B, Third Regiment New Jersey Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, June 19, 1886.
