CHAP. 439.— An Act granting a pension to Isaiah H. Mitchell.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaiah H. Mitchell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaiah U. Mitchell, late a private in Company 0, Twenty-ninth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers. Approved, June 19, 1886.
