CHAP. 436.— An Act for the relief of Samuel P. Evans.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel P. Evans.Payment to. That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury Department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to and it and pay to Samuel P. Evans the sum of one thousand one hundred and fifty-four dollars and four cents, this sum being due to him as fees for services rendered by him as marshal after the expiration of his term of office and before his successor was appointed and qualified. Approved, March 3, 1887.
