CHAP. 434.— An Act for the relief of Rosina Heineman.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rosina Heineman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rosina Heineman, dependent mother of William Heineman, formerly a member of Company E, Second Regiment New York State Mounted Rifle Volunteers. Approved, June 19, 1886.
