CHAP. 433.— An Act to increase the pension of Captain Frank Bell.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank Bell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Frank Bell, late captain of Company I, Forty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, to forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, March 3, 1887.
