CHAP. 431.— An Act to increase the pension of Richard Foreman.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard Fore-man.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Richard Fore-man, late a private in Company 1), of the One hundred and fifty-first Regiment New York Volunteers, and to pay him a pension at and after the same rate as though his leg was amputated above the knee. Approved, March 3, 1887.
