CHAP. 429.— An Act granting a pension to Thomas J. Hays.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas J. Hays.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Thomas J. Hays, of Rock Castle County, Kentucky, late a private in Company I, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, and whose application in the Pension Office is numbered three hundred and fifty-two thousand four hundred and twenty-six. Approved, March 3, 1887.
