CHAP. 426.— An Act granting a pension to Lewis Tyus.June 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lewis Tyus.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Lewis Tyus, late a private in Company D, Santa Fe Battalion (mounted), Mexican war, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of forty dollars per month. Approved, June 19, 1886.
