CHAP. 423.— An act to authorize Columbia County, in Washington Territory-, to issue bonds for the construction of a courthouseJune 19, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Columbia County, Washington Territory, authorized to issue bonds for construction of county courthouse. That the county of Columbia, in Washington Territory, be, and the same is hereby, authorized to issue its bonds, payable in not less than five nor more than fifteen years, at eight per centum per annum, to the amount of forty thousand dollars, for the purpose of building a county courthouse, in accordance with the vote of the people of said county at the general election held in November, eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
