CHAP. 42.— An act for the relief of George S. Storrs, of Texas.Mar. 31, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,George S. Storrs.Political disabilities removed. That George S. Storrs, of the State of Texas, be, and he is hereby, relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
