CHAP. 415 An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth B. Bell.June 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth B.Bell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth B. Bell, widow of Lieutenant V. Bradford Bell, deceased, late of the Nineteenth Illinois Infantry Volunteers. Approved, June 1, 1886.
