CHAP. 413.— An Act for the relief of T. J. Payne.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,T. J. Payne.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is hereby directed to remove the charge of desertion made against T. J. Payne, late a private in Company F, Second Tennessee Cavalry, and to place him on the muster-rolls of said company. Approved, March 3, 1887.
