CHAP. 403.— An Act granting a pension to Rachel Fleming Cellar.June 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bachel Fleming Cellar.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he ’8 hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel Fleming Cellar, widow of George Cellar, late a private in Captain Norton’s company of Ohio militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, June 1, 1886.
