CHAP. 401.— An Act to restore to John W. Mears a fine improperly imposed on him.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John W. Mears.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is, directed to pay to John W. Mears the sum of two hundred dollars, being amount of a fine improperly imposed upon and collected from him and which was turned into the Treasury of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1887.
