CHAP. 400.— An Act for the relief of J. M. Hobbs.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,J. M. Hobbs.Payment to. That the sum of nine hundred and seventy-three dollars and forty-four cents is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the benefit of J. M. Hobbs, of Bentonville, Benton County, Arkansas, for tobacco furnished the Indian Department, under contract with the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, in eighteen hundred and sixty. Approved, March 3, 1887.
