CHAP. 399.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. M. E. Woods.Mar. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. M. E. Woods.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mrs. M. E. Woods, of Fairfield, Iowa, who served as a 929 hospital nurse and sanitary agent from eighteen hundred and sixty-two to the close of the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars a month. Approved, March 3, 1887.
