CHAP. 399.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. C. A. Bailey.June 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. C. A. Bailey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. C. A. Bailey, widow of Albert Bailey, deceased, late a private in Company II, Forty-sixth Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 1, 1886.
