CHAP. 391.— An act to authorize and direct the registry and enrollment of the Barge Michigan, of Alpena, Michigan.May 28, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Barge Michigan to be registered and enrolled. R. S., Title XLVIII. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to register and enroll, according to the provisions of title forty-eight of the Revised Statutes of the United States, the vessel or barge called Michigan, now in process of rebuilding 72 at Alpena, Michigan, and to issue to the owners thereof certificates of registry and enrollment as provided in said title; and that hereafter the said vessel or barge shall be subject to all the provisions of said title.
