CHAP. 372.— An Act granting a pension to Ann Smith.May 22, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ann Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Aim Smith, widow of Levi Smith, late a private in Company A, Third Heavy Artillery, in the war of the rebellion. Approved, May 22, 1886.
