CHAP. 313.— An Act for the relief of Robert Moran.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Moran.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension paid to Robert Moran, late lieutenant-colonel of the Second Regiment of West Virginia Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per month. Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
