CHAP. 306.— An Act for the relief of Robert W. Spang.Feb. 28, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert W. Spang.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove from the rolls and records in the Office of the Adjutant-General of the United States Army the charge of desertion against Private Robert W. Spang, late of Company B, Ninety-third Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers. Approved, February 28, 1887.
