CHAP. 305.— An Act for the relief of Henry Neal.Feb. 28, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Neal.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Henry Neal, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars as compensation for services rendered by him as an employee of the House of Representatives. Approved, February 28, 1887.
