CHAP. 303.— An Act for the relief of William J. Mulvey.Feb. 28, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William J. Mulvey.Granted honorable discharge. That the President is hereby authorized to revoke so much of general orders number forty-six, headquarters Department of West Virginia, of April fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-live, as relates to and directs t he dismissal from the Army, with loss of all pay and allowances, of Second Lieutenant William J.
Mulvey, of Company D, Second Regiment West Virginia Veteran Volunteers, and to grant him an honorable discharge of that date; and that *Proviso*.Pay and allowances.the military record of said Mulvey be amended accordingly: *Provided,* That said Mulvey shall receive no pay or allowances after the date of said order of dismissal. Approved, February 28, 1887.
