CHAP. 294.— An Act for the relief of William E. Bond.Feb. 28, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William E. Bond.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, directed to pay to William E. Bond, late internal-revenue collector for the first district of North Carolina, the sum of three hundred and ninety-eight dollars and fifty cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,being the sum paid into the Treasury by the said William E. Bond, while collector of internal-revenue, in excess of the taxes actually collected by him. Approved, February 28, 1887.
