CHAP. 290.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Richard B. Rians.Feb. 28, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard B. Rians.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Richard B. Rians, late a member of Company D, Thirty-seventh Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving, to commence from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, February 28, 1887.
