CHAP. 276.— An act granting a pension to Frederick Korth.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frederick Korth.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Korth, of Henderson, Minnesota, late a teamster in the United States service, who was permanently disabled by gunshot wounds received at the hands of hostile Sioux Indians, at the Lower’ Sioux Agency, during the Sioux outbreak of eighteen hundred and sixty-two, in Minnesota.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
