CHAP. 269.— An act for the relief of Mrs. B. Alfers.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. B. Alfers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mrs. B. Alfers (his mother) the pension allowed to James R., minor child of Antoine Brentano, late a sergeant of Company B, Thirteenth Kansas Volunteers. Received by the President, April 27, 1886. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States tor his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.] Chapter 270: to restore to the pension-roll the name of Sarah J.
