CHAP. 256.— An act to restore to the pension-roll the name of Joseph McMillan.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph McMillan.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Joseph McMillan, late of Company K, Sixty-seventh Indiana Volunteers, and who held certificate numbered ninety-four thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
