CHAP. 249.— An act granting a pension to Sarah A. Lovell.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah A. Lovell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Sarah A. Lovell, mother of Richard B. Lovell, late of Company F, of the First Wisconsin Volunteers, on the pension-roll of the United States, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
