CHAP. 243.— An Act for the relief of the personal representatives of E. P. McNeal, deceased.Feb. 23, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,E. P. McNeal.Payment to personal representatives. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the personal representatives of E. P. McNeal, deceased, of Hardeman county, Tennessee, the sum of twelve thousand seven hundred and eighty-one dollars and eighty-one cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same to be in full compensation for all property taken from the said McNeal by the United States Army during the war.
