CHAP. 237.— An Act for the relief of the Estate of Joel C. Frazier, deceased.Feb. 23, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Joel C. Frazier.Payment to administrator d. b. n. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and be is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand nine hundred and eight dollars to Caleb W. West, administrator de bonis non of the estate of Joel C.
Frazier, deceased, late of Harrison County, Kentucky, the same being for quartermaster’s stores, consisting of horses, wood, and so forth, taken from the said Frazier by the military forces of the United States, which shall be received in full of all demands of the said Estate against the United States. Approved, February 23, 1887.
