CHAP. 232.— An Act granting a pension to Frederick Richmond.Feb. 23, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frederick Richmond.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Richmond, late a private in Company B, Thirty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, now insane, payment of pension to be made to his legally constituted guardian. Approved, February 23, 1887.
