CHAP. 232.— An act granting a pension to Mrs Louisa Noland.May 8, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louisa Noland.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs Louisa Noland, widow of Augustus Noland, late a private in Company F, One hundred and ninety-sixth Ohio Volunteer Infantry.
Received by the President, April 27, 1886.
