CHAP. 230.— An Act granting a pension to Sally W. Rice.Feb. 23, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sally W. Rice.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sally W. Rice, dependent mother of Henry S. Rice, late of Company K, One hundred and forty-first New York Infantry Volunteers. Approved, February 23, 1887.
