CHAP. 180.— An Act granting a pension to Henry Roscoe.Feb. 22, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Roscoe.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Henry Roscoe, late first lieutenant of Company C, Fourth Regiment New' York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per mouth from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 22, 1887.
