CHAP. 174.— An Act granting a pension to Catharine Waters.Feb. 22, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Waters.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, the name of Catharine Waters, mother of Thomas Waters, deceased, late steward of the steamer Benefit, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 22, 1887.
