CHAP. 173.— An Act granting a pension to Minerva Abbey.Feb. 21, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Minerva Abbey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Minerva Abbey, the blind daughter of James D. Abbey, deceased, late of Company I, Fifteenth Kansas Cavalry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 21, 1887.
