CHAP. 171 An Act for the relief of Eugene E. Mc’Lean.Feb. 21, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concur-ring therein)*,Eugene E. Mc’Lean.Political disabilities removed. That all political disabilities imposed upon Eugene E. Me Lean, a citizen of New York, by the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed Approved, February 21, 1887.
