CHAP. 166.— An act granting a pension to Rinaldo R. Somes.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rinaldo R. Somes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rinaldo R. Somes, late a lieutenant of Company I, Fifth New Hampshire Volunteers. Approved, May 7, 1886.
