CHAP. 164.— An Act for the relief of Samuel H. Flemming.Feb. 21, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel H. Flemming.Payment to. That the proper accounting officer of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Samuel H. Flemming, of North Carolina, the sum of two hundred and six dollars and sixty-six cents, for carrying the United States mails in North Carolina in eighteen hundred and seventy. Approved, February 21, 1887.
