CHAP. 163.— An Act for the relief of Francis H. Shaw.Feb. 21, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis H. Shaw.Honorable discharge granted to. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to grant to Francis H. Shaw, late captain of Company C, Fifty-fifth Illinois United States Volunteer Infantry, an honorable discharge and muster-out of the service of the United States. Sec. 2.
That nothing in this act contained shall be held to authorizeNot to entitle to pay. the payment of any money to said Francis H. Shaw on account of the honorable discharge and muster-out as hereinbefore provided. Approved, February 21, 1887.
