CHAP. 161.— An Act for the removal of the charge of desertion from the record of Martin Murphy.Feb. 21, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,Martin Murphy. That the charge of desertion standing against the name of Martin Murphy, late a soldier in Company I, Ninety-first Regiment New York Volunteers, be, and the same is hereby, removed ; and the Secretary of War is hereby authorized andHonorable discharge granted to. directed to issue to him, the said Martin Murphy, an honorable discharge. Approved, February 21, 1887.
