CHAP. 151 An Act granting a pension to Marcel Gagnon.Feb. 19, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Marcel Gagnon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marcel Gagnon, late of Company A, Hatch’s battalion Minnesota Cavalry at the rate of ten dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1887.
